Returns Policy - 

- Most items are Made To Order - which we issue store credit or exchange for different size and/or colour for any made to order item you would like to return.

- We accept returns on stock items that are made up and ready to send.

- Sale items - we do not accept returns on these items.

All return items must not be worn, damaged or dirty and be in the condition sent out from Jessica Flora.
